PocketSuite FAQs

What should I use PocketSuite for?

Use PocketSuite to easily schedule all client appointments, to confirm every appointment with credit card, to request payments from your clients, and to keep all your client data in one place. Eliminate payment risk for your business (i.e. job cancellations, no-shows, late payments) while giving your clients a convenient way to schedule and pay you.

What do I need to set up my account?

First download PocketSuite the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store for free. Register using your mobile #, import your clients, sync your calendar (for appointments) and link your checking account to receive payments. That's it!

How do I get my clients on board PocketSuite?

Easy! Your clients do not need to download anything. Simply enter them directly (name and mobile #), import them from your phone book, then you are free to send them appointment confirmations/requests and invoices.

How and when do I get paid through PocketSuite?

Once you link your checking account and get verified, all payments are sent straight to your bank account in 1-2 business days. The credit card processing rate is a flat 2.50% -- no matter what card type, no other fees.

You can get paid by clients in a number of ways:
(1) Send an invoice for clients to pay online
(2) Request a deposit for the client to pay upon confirming an appointment
(3) Requires credit card reservation, allowing you to charge a card upon completing a client appointment
(4) Run a point-of-sale charge by entering in any client's credit card
(5) Integrate online booking and accept booking + payments from your website or social media pages

Is PocketSuite secure?

Yes - PocketSuite runs in a secure data center with all communication over an encrypted data connection similar to that used by banks. We are PCI compliant (certified by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), we do not store passwords and we do not store credit card information.

Does PocketSuite sync with my calendar(s)?

Yes - your confirmed appointments in PocketSuite are synced automatically with your calendar software (i.e., iCal, Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.). We also import meeting information from your calendar (i.e. lunch breaks, vacations) to ensure that your availability is always up to date in order to prevent double bookings.

Is PocketSuite available in my country?

Not yet - PocketSuite is only available in the US right now. However we have plans to launch in other countries soon. Please sign up on our international waiting list to be notified when we launch.


Premium Account Upgrade FAQs

How do I upgrade to Premium?

You can upgrade your account at anytime directly within the PocketSuite app. Just got to Settings -> Help & Admin and follow the prompts to upgrade your account to either Premium or Premium+. You can also upgrade to Premium here online, and Premium+ here online.

How does Premium billing work?

You simply need to enter a credit or debit card one time when upgrading to a Premium account. Your card will be bill on the 1st day of every 30 day billing period. Upon signing up for Premium, your card will be charged immediately for the appropriate Premium account chosen. You can cancel anytime before the 30th day of said bill period for no extra charge or cancellation fee.

How do I cancel a Premium subscription?

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time within the PocketSuite app under Settings -> Help & Admin.
