Getting started

Add your clients

Add clients you typically communicate with to PocketSuite in the Clients tab. You can add them on-the-fly, or import them in one tap from your phone’s contact list.

Get booked and paid

Send clients direct messages, delivered just like normal text. You can also send appointment confirmations, payment request, receive payments, and more.

Chats organized

Clients don’t need to download any app, they reply just like regular text. All client interactions are stored safely and conveniently in a central location – PocketSuite Messenger.


How much does it cost?

We offer 2 different monthly subscription plans depending on your business needs. 

We have a Premium plan for solo businesses ($24.99) and a Team plan for 2+ members ($34.99 +$9.99 per team member). All plans come with a Free 30-Day Trial. See Pricing here to learn more about all the cool features available in each subscription plan.

We offer a flat 2.9% + $0.30 rate for payment processing which is lower than Square (3.5% + $0.10). 💰 We believe in offering a low, flat rate and really fast payouts so you can focus on what you do best 🏆. Although you cannot transfer over your existing payment processor, we can take care of all of your payment processing needs.

You can turn on Surcharge to pass the processing fee (3% fee) on to your clients as a credit card convenience fee.

Does PocketSuite connect with my personal calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook, iCalendar)?

Yes, it does. You can sync your personal calendar(s) easily in the app to avoid double bookings and scheduling conflicts. Not to worry, your personal calendar events are not visible to clients, only your availability!

How long does it take to deposit payments into my account?

Receiving funds to your bank account could not be simpler – funds are auto deposited in 1 business day for no additional charge or if you need it faster, you can instantly cash out your payment to your debit card for 1% (min $1) and you’ll have money within 15 minutes. 💵

How long will it take to get set up? Do you provide any set up assistance?

It only takes a few minutes to add clients and appointments to your calendar.

Is PocketSuite available on a desktop?

Desktop has launched and is available to subscribers on a Premium plan or higher. If you would like to check out Desktop, feel free to upgrade to Premium for a free 30 day trial. 

Do my clients need to use the PocketSuite app?

Clients do not; however the PocketSuite client app allows for easier booking, scheduling, and communication for both client and Pro. 

If your client does not wish to download the app, they can still confirm appointments, pay invoices, and complete forms by tapping 1 to confirm and pay or tapping on the link directly to pay online. 

All client information is stored safely and conveniently in your app.
