• Must have credentials evaluated by one of the following organizations:

2) FCCPT
3) ICD
4) IERF
• Foreign-trained graduates must pass TSE, TWE and TOEFL.
• Must have obtained either a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an institution of higher learning approved by the board or a bachelor’s degree from an institution of higher learning and a certificate or advanced degree from a school of physical therapy approved by the board.
