Signatory Painting Contractors Organization Overview

This program combines paid, on-the-job work with classroom instruction. The program is designed to provide the training you need to be a journey level painter. There is no charge for classes. Classes begin after you are sent to work. You must be 17 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
