Construction Industry Training Council of Washington  Overview

Painting Apprentices learn how to paint dividers, equipment, building, spans, and other basic surfaces, utilizing brushes, roller, and splash firearms through hands on training and classroom training. Work may include: expulsion of old paint to get ready surface before painting, and blending hues or oils to acquire wanted shading or consistency. The Painting Program requires 6,000 on-the-job hours and 480 classroom hours (160 every year) to finish.
