UNLV Overview
The physical therapy division inside the School of Integrated Health Sciences offers a doctorate of physical therapy degree intended to prepare students for the profession.
The program involves academic and clinical work spread across six semesters and three summers, involving 112 credit hours of graduate course work separated among classroom, clinical, and inquiry exercises. Students are prepared as generalists and have a chance to explore orthopedic, pediatric, and geriatric specializations of physical therapy through clinical exposure.
