Tula Yoga & Reiki Professionals Overview
Learn to live in the moment and be all that you can be. This complete program incorporates a workshop component, 26 weekly classroom meetings and a weekend retreat.
Fall training starts September 2020. This workshop will be held in Clayton Hall, University of Delaware. Each class incorporates asana, pranayama and reflection practice, address, conversation, sharing, experiential learning, responsibility and practicum. The weekly classes follow the univeristy schedule for observing holidays.
