Training for the MMA Conditioning Specialist Certificate 60-hour program meets or surpasses all standards set out by the National Academy of Sports Medicine to accomplish accreditation just as it provides the practical skills to lead a top tier blended martial arts training program of your own.
With an 8-week educational plan totaling 60 contact hours, the coursework comprises around 20 hours of online examination (readings, recordings, exercises, assignments and tests), 16 hours of in-club lab class time and 4 hours of practicum.
