Korean Academy of Taekwondo Online Overview
KAT provides an extensive instructor training program that consists of CPR/first aid, anatomy and physiology, injury avoidance, public speaking, learning styles, dealing with ADHD and learning disibilities, inspirational abilities, and more. The program consists of coursework, practical experience, as well as a 3-hour written test. There are minimum age and belt demands for all certified instructors.
