Capital Pilates Studio Overview
All Pilates instructor trainers are handpicked, guided and coached by Level I Instructors. Romana’s Pilates instructor trainers will show you considerably more than simply the tangle. Each student will learn all the key aspects of Pilates exercises and equipment. Highlights include hands-on instruction, with students working next to the other with instructor trainers. To start the program, students must show aptititude at the intermediate level with Pilates equipment.
