Since you have decided that becoming a cardio instructor is the right choice, the next step is to choose a certification program. A certification accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) is considered the gold standard in health and fitness.

One may choose to continue their education as a cardio instructor in courses such as:

-Fitness For Seniors
-Fitness Marketing
-Creating Impactful Fitness Classes
-Workout For Two: A Prenatal Fitness Class

These are not requirements for a certified cardio trainer but options to expand your network and knowledge.
