• Application. Submission of a complete application establishing that the individual has met the qualifications.
• Examination. Submission of proof that the individual has successfully passed the NPTE with a scaled score of at least 600 and the jurisprudence examination with a score of at least 75 percent. Foreign educated individuals whose native language is not English shall submit proof of successfully passing an English proficiency exam.
