Momentum Studio Overview
This Pilates Studio Certification course comprises exercise breakdowns, practical teaching exercises and cooperation in Pilates classes. Students learn the material life structures and contraindications for different physiological conditions, for example, osteoporosis and degenerative plate infection. The course trains the student to work with customers from fitness centers to rehabilitative work.
