PC of NC Certifying Center Overview
This studio is a Host Training Studio for Power Pilates. Force Pilates is focused on teaching the classical strategy of Joseph Pilates with skill development and honesty. The accreditation programs provide significant experience and training on all equipment: Mat, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Barrels, Rings, Ped-o-Pul from the apprentice level through expert.
