Centered Pilates Overview
The Pilates Academy International is focused on helping devoted and qualified people gain the knowledge and teaching skills they need to become sought-after Pilates instructors.
Each course has its own standards, which can all be found on the Course Requirements page on the website linked below. To become a trained Pilates instructor, more than 200 classroom hours are required in addition to home audit and guided work on teaching.
