The Spot Overview
The Spot offers an 450-hour Comprehensive Pilates training program which incorporates Mat Pilates and the full studio equipment: Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel.
They also offer Mat Pilates training only. You will come away with the certainty and knowledge to teach any customer. The program is PMA endorsed and you will be qualified for the Pilates Method Alliance accreditation after completing the program.
