Centerworks Overview
The Centerworks® Pilates Teacher-Education Program offers serious workshops to learn Pilates (both Matwork and Equipment), as well as teaching skills, program improvement and safety.
Part of the training program comprises hours of practice/exercises/classes, plus work on teaching under the oversight of an accomplished instructor. This is the learning curve where you increase the knowledge you have to become a confident and successful teacher.
