Your first visit begins with a short intake so I can tailor a full-body session to your goals using adjustable pressure, and optional stretching/mobility. The 60-minute is ideal for a restorative reset with focused attention on 1–2 priority areas; the 90-minute adds comprehensive, deeper work for multiple concerns. You’ll leave feeling calmer, moving more easily, and equipped with simple after-care tips to extend your results between sessions.
