Samuel Birdwell Therapeutic Massage

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2018, with a decade of clinical experience before that as an orthopedic physical therapist assistant. Some sessions are focused bodywork — deep tissue, myofascial release, myoskeletal alignment — for chronic pain or old injuries. Others are exactly what they sound like: a genuinely good, attentive massage to help you unwind. I tailor each session to what you actually need that day, not a set protocol. I see clients Mondays and Fridays inside Kinetic Sports Massage building in Cookeville. • 60 minutes — $105 • 90 minutes — $145 • 2 hours — $195
