Had the pleasure of having the luxury self care kit gifted to me. The scent of the Breathe jar is so refreshing. The opens up your nasal passages without being overpowering and is great for allergy sufferers. In addition, it's a pleasant scent to sit over and meditate and intentionally practice breath work.
