Our Tucker (10 months old) has now completed 2 classes with New Era Dog Training. Our experience has been beyond what we hoped for and Lisa is always going above and beyond and adjusting the classes to what the dogs need in the moment. The balance of group exercises and one on one attention given in each session is incredible. The variety of classes offered ensures there is something for every dog and we have recommended her to friends and coworkers who have had success with their pups as well. I cannot say enough good things about New Era Dog Training and am excited to continue working with them throughout Tucker's journey.

New Era Dog Training is awesome! Lisa is so into her dogs and everyone's dog that she personally sees everyone is special and makes sure we all (dogs and the owners) get the specialness of learning how to teach and enhance each other to grow and teach each other how to be companions and help each other to grow and be better with our pups. I have learned so much from her for my pup Skye and I've had many other dogs in my lifetime and I'm still learnes more things I wasn't aware of from Lisa that helps me so much more today and I am very thankful to her for that. We are finishing our AKC training today and moving on to the next level and Skye loves her classes and is learning how to interact as a puppy should. I've watched her help transform one of the pups on our class that didn't want to interact in our class to come to the other side of the fence and interact a little now in 6 weeks which is a HUGE for the dog and all of us, it is amazing! She does great work! She really knows her stuff! It's a loving heartful tear-jerker in a good way ❤️❤️, she is making such a great stride! Glad u came to North Royalton & I got to meet u. And thanks for taking the times with those talks with me on the phone with all my questions before we got to meet for my first classes. I appreciate you! You are such a wonderful person Lisa! Lisa is top notch! My pup was not receptive to strangers but warmed up to Lisa quickly. Why? Because she let him come around in his time not forced time. Her love for dogs is obvious and the knowledge she has was immediately visible with her interaction with my fur baby. Milo gets so excited to see Lisa and to go to her facility. It's his favorite place to go. After having a bad experience with a local daycare, I was hesitant to bring someone else into my pups life but I sure picked the right trainer and the right facility. Milo is receptive of strangers and has confidence again to explore and be the puppy he's supposed to be. At New Era Dog Training, the owner Lisa, is an exceptional trainer. She is the best trainer I have ever worked with in the past 45 years of owning Corgi dogs. She is so very focused on your dog, the connection she has with them is just amazing to watch!! My little girl just loves Lisa and “going to school” at her facility! You can tell she has such a genuine love for the dogs and teaches only positive reinforcement training. She is the absolute very best! I’m so happy to have her help in training my little fur baby!

I scheduled a private training session with my very fearful and reactive dog. Lisa was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to make my dog and me feel supported. She offered great advice and showed in every way how much she loves dogs and truly wants to help them! I will continue seeing Lisa - I believe she will be able to help my girl feel happier and more confident. I cannot recommend New Era enough…I will send anyone with a dog her way! Her positive approach is centered on your specific dog and their needs. She is simply incredible and I’m so happy we found her!!! Take a class…you won’t be disappointed!!

Lisa is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She has provided me with the tools to help my reactive dog live and thrive in a world that he doesn’t always understand. In only a few weeks, I have already observed meaningful positive changes in him, and in my ability to help him feel heard, understood, and safe. Lisa has done an excellent job with every detail of New Era. We have taken and graduated both the AKC STAR Puppy as well as the Intermediate Behavior class and we have learned so many wonderful skills.

Lisa has been a wonderful trainer for our Maggie! Being a frightened rescue dog, Lisa helped Maggie build a lot of confidence in the world around her. We are now working on her basic and intermediate training. Lisa really works hard to truly understand the needs of each dog. We look forward to more training with Lisa in the future!

Ellie is a 2 yr old Black Lab that i adopted when she was approx. 8 months old. she was extremely withdrawn and very fearful. I worked with her on my own, but it took a long time to start to bring her out of her shell. I wish I had found New Era Dog Trainig i lot sooner. Approx. 4 months ago, I contacted New Era Dog Training and Lisa to help me with Amber, a 2 yr old German Sheperd i adopted as a companion for my Mother. The results with Amber were so incredible that Lisa soon also started working with Ellie. Again, the results were and continue to be life changing for Ellie. Ellie’s confidence level has sky rocketed since working with Lisa. The progress and transformation is absolutely extraordinary!!! I owe it all to Lisa and New ERA DOG TRAINING and Lisa. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and her technique is superb. She crates a custom and unique plan for each individual dog and its owner. She instructs you as the owner as to what needs to be done so that you can facilitate and continue the training. Lisa and NEW ERA DOG TRAINING are absolutely the best. I highly recommend them and will continue to use NEW ERA DOG TRAINING and LISA to give my dogs absolute best life possible through training with the BEST Trainer!!!!!

Louie is 2-1/2 years old now. We (Me and Louie, my Golden Doodle) took the five week shining stars class recently. As we continue to work together he is really starting to shine. I think I am learning more than him. We have signed up for the intermediate class that starts soon and will continue his training with New Era and Lisa. Five stars for New Era and Lisa

Lisa at new era is rhe best! She has provided not only an in depth and easy to follow instruction, but also a very caring support that has been so very appreciated. Her dedication to our pet and to us is stellar!!

Lisa is a brilliant, talented and caring trainer. Her facility is amazing and available for private play time for two dogs. I’ve taken several exceptional training courses and great opportunity to meet others with their dogs. Truly fun and rewarding for you and your dog!!

Amber is a 2 yr old German Shepard my mother and I adopted as a companion for my mother. They immediately bonded. She was settling in well At 6 weeks until a fall injured my mother. Even when my mother returned home, Amber's new home was turned upside down. She became unruly and hard to control. At this time, I found New Era Dog training to aid me with Amber's behavior. Lisa is great!!! She took time to listen to the problems , get to know Amber and understand what she was experiencing. Amber immediately took to Lisa. There was a definite change after just 1 session. Now after several sessions, Amber is a different dog. My mother and I are extremely pleased. Lisa is very professional. She takes time to teach you how to work with your dog and provides great insight and ideas for further growth and continued success. Working with her has been an amazing experience!!!!! We have two bulldogs that were not getting along. Lisa came to our house on several visits and we went from considering rehoming one of them to now they are best friends. She gave great advice and tools that we could use to make the situation better! I highly recommend!

Rosie LOVES Lisa! I decided five years ago to get a Shih Tzu named Rosie because I started working from home. She was very easy to train and very obedient. I went through a divorce last fall and switched companies for work. Rosie started picking up some bad habits after this. I thought she may have had some anxiety. I reached out to Lisa and she has assisted me with Rosie and her Enchantment Training. Rosie has problems with loud noise such as: car doors slamming, fireworks and garbage trucks. (Even when I was on the phone with a client she would just barks if I didn’t give her attention) Without Lisa I believe this could have got a lot worse. Lisa is very patient and knowledgeable about what she does! I have referred friends and family and you wouldn’t go wrong with Lisa! I trust Lisa with my little girl, Rosie anytime! Had the pleasure of working with Lisa for the last few months! Our bernedoodle puppy loves her and has become more confident thanks to Lisa. Lisa truly went above and beyond to help our 5mo pup with separation anxiety. She provided great resources, answered all of our questions, and checks in to hear about our progress. We are seeing improvements daily and are so thankful for her help!

We started with New Era Dog training to have our crazy pup handle new people and other pets as she was not socialized properly. The trainer not only provided in house show and tell sessions, she also provided training documentation to have my partner and I train our puppy on our own time. Within a couple of weeks, we started to see results! I highly recommend using New Era Dog training services and still continue to do so.

Lisa knows what She is doing . She helped me out when I ran out of options and didn’t know what to do when I had an issue with my dog. Now he is transformed and a better dog . I highly recommend her she is the best thank you Lisa ❤️

Lisa is such an amazing trainer who goes above and beyond at each class and interaction. Rusty and his humans have learned so much about communication and positive reinforcement. We use what Lisa has taught us each and every day. Lisa is passionate about ensuring she meets you and your dog at the level you are on and building on that. Lisa goes out of her way to ensure both the humans and dogs are truly comfortable and ready to learn. Rusty has been so much happier and he's growing into such a good boy.
