Basic Manners Life Skills Program Our Basic Manners Life Skills Program is designed for dogs 1 year and older who may have missed out on puppy classes or need a refresher on everyday manners. This 5-week program focuses on teaching the skills dogs need to thrive at home and in the real world — all through positive reinforcement and relationship-based training.

Private Play Time (Up to 2 Dogs) Reserve our peaceful, fully matted indoor space for private, uninterrupted time with your dog(s). A calm, climate-controlled retreat where you can unwind, connect, and let your dogs move comfortably and safely — away from noise, crowds, and unpredictable weather. Requirements: • Dogs must be healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations • Positive reinforcement only (no aversive tools) • Clean up after your dogs inside and outside of the facility • Dogs remain leashed unless working

This class is designed for dogs who have graduated from the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program or our Basic Manners & Life Skills class. We build on your dog’s foundation skills and take them to the next level by introducing the “4 D’s” of training—Distance, Duration, Distraction, and Difficulty. This course focuses on improving reliability, confidence, and real-world application of behaviors, helping your dog succeed in everyday situations with greater focus and consistency.

Real-Life Reliability Description: This 5-week class builds directly off Intermittent Level 1. Now that your dog understands how reinforcement works, we’ll begin applying those skills in more realistic and distracting environments.
