Class Title: Cautious to Confident ages 12 months and older Description: This 6 -week program is designed for dogs who struggle with fear, shyness, or uncertainty in the world around them. Using positive reinforcement, pattern games, canine parkour, slow exposure, and confidence-building exercises, we’ll help your dog move from cautious to confident at their own pace. You’ll learn how to read your dog’s body language, support them through new experiences, and celebrate progress every step of the way. Format: 6- weeks – 1 hour per session Small group setting for personalized attention Focus on confidence-building through safe, supportive exercises Requirements: Dogs must be on a secure, flat collar or harness (no retractables, choke, or prong collars) Bring plenty of soft, high-value treats Handlers should come ready to learn and participate Capacity: Minimum: 2 dogs Maximum: 4 dogs Cost: $240 per dog Please note: This class is not appropriate for dogs displaying aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs. Dogs who are experiencing intense fear—such as constant barking and lunging—are often over threshold and unable to think or learn, as they are stuck in a fear response. In these cases, private training sessions are the best option to provide individualized support and help your dog feel safe and successful.
