I’ve had the pleasure of attending two retreats with Kay LaShell, and both experiences were truly unforgettable. My first experience was the Uncaged Spaces women’s retreat in 2023 in Mendocino County. From start to finish, it was incredibly thoughtful and intentional. The secluded, rustic setting created a safe and peaceful environment to fully unplug and be present. Every detail was carefully curated—from nourishing meals designed to support chakra alignment, to daily experiences like meditation, walks, and deeply healing sister circles. The Yoga Nidra and sound bowl healing sessions were especially grounding, and the balance of structured activities and free time made the entire experience feel both restorative and enriching. After having such a great experience the first time, I returned for the Sacred Heart retreat in San Miguel de Allende in 2025—and it did not disappoint. This retreat felt deeply spiritual, safe, and cleansing. The cleansing ceremony was powerful, and I loved the opportunity to explore the area through walking, shopping, indigenous-centered activities, and visiting the botanical gardens. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was beautiful, grounding, and rich with history. It was the perfect blend of reflection, cultural exploration, and connection. I had the blessing to attend a Soundbath with Kay on Saturday 10/27. Had never been to one in my lofe but had heard great stories. Off I went.... I’ve had the delightful experience of attending a Client Appreciation Movie Night organized by Kay LaShell Productions. We had the entire theater to ourselves and were able to enjoy a variety of vendor booths set up in the lobby where I bought some specialty blended teas and custom made crystal accessories. They had plenty of samples to try, gift giveaways for playing games and before the movie started, they handed out swag bags which was a nice surprise! The event was well organized and set up, they even had a backdrop for taking pictures. My family and I had such a fun and memorable evening!

I’ve had the pleasure of attending two retreats with Kay LaShell, and both experiences were truly unforgettable. My first experience was the Uncaged Spaces women’s retreat in 2023 in Mendocino County. From start to finish, it was incredibly thoughtful and intentional. The secluded, rustic setting created a safe and peaceful environment to fully unplug and be present. Every detail was carefully curated—from nourishing meals designed to support chakra alignment, to daily experiences like meditation, walks, and deeply healing sister circles. The Yoga Nidra and sound bowl healing sessions were especially grounding, and the balance of structured activities and free time made the entire experience feel both restorative and enriching. After having such a great experience the first time, I returned for the Sacred Heart retreat in San Miguel de Allende in 2025—and it did not disappoint. This retreat felt deeply spiritual, safe, and cleansing. The cleansing ceremony was powerful, and I loved the opportunity to explore the area through walking, shopping, indigenous-centered activities, and visiting the botanical gardens. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was beautiful, grounding, and rich with history. It was the perfect blend of reflection, cultural exploration, and connection. Kay LaShell, along with the other facilitators, creates spaces that feel intentional, supportive, and safe. Her ability to hold space and guide these experiences with care and authenticity is truly special. I left both retreats feeling refreshed, grounded, and more connected to myself. I highly recommend attending—you will leave with so much more than you came with.

I had the blessing to attend a Soundbath with Kay on Saturday 10/27. Had never been to one in my lofe but had heard great stories. Off I went.... From tge moment I walked in---I felt the weight lift off my shoulders. Kay was welcoming, open and friendly. She made me feel at ease and walked the group thru the evening. I felt as if I had gone into a deep hibernation sleep where I was cleansed of stress and worries. It was such an amazing feeling! I’ve had the delightful experience of attending a Client Appreciation Movie Night organized by Kay LaShell Productions. We had the entire theater to ourselves and were able to enjoy a variety of vendor booths set up in the lobby where I bought some specialty blended teas and custom made crystal accessories. They had plenty of samples to try, gift giveaways for playing games and before the movie started, they handed out swag bags which was a nice surprise! The event was well organized and set up, they even had a backdrop for taking pictures. My family and I had such a fun and memorable evening!
