Join me for an all level mat class on Friday, October 23rd to support After Breast Cancer Diagnosis. ABCD is a non-profit that provides mentoring to men & women diagnosed with breast cancer. All proceeds from this class will be sent to ABCD, which will help in providing one to one emotional support to those who need it. An all levels Pilates class in partner with the BBBC of WI. No experience needed, everyone is welcome! After class there will be snacks, drinks, mingling with other book lovers and an optional book swap. Come with a Spooky season book to share with someone new! Spooky is open to interpretation, e.g. : mystery, thriller, horror, takes place in fall, magical, or supernatural. You will wrap the book then write a tag which includes: Genre, THREE hints about the book (no spoilers). All participants will leave with a gift bag and a new mystery read!
