In 30 minutes, we can discuss goals, practice techniques to develop psychic intuition, explore meditation, consult the oracle cards to answer a specific question or work on a maintenance plan to keep you in balance between sessions.
This is also a great time for students practicing Reiki to go over techniques or review symbols or steps.
