Each enjoys a 60 min Aromatherapy Swedish Massage, 30 min Infrared dome sauna session & 25 min foot spa. (Note: one participant receives massage while other has sauna/foot spa & then switch) Couples/Friends relax in cozy robes for 20 minutes of herbal tea & snack time.
2 & 1/2 hours of wellness & relaxation. First 30 minutes - dry skin brushing to exfoliate & stimulate lymph flow. Following 30 minutes - dome infrared sauna to relax, detoxify & increase circulation; then - 90 minutes of Swedish Relaxation massage (deep tissue work - $10 upcharge)

Autumn is one of the prime times to detoxify! The 90 minute session includes: 30 minutes of detoxifying warmth in the Infrared dome sauna, then relax into 60 minutes of cleansing massage that includes a castor oil pack treatment for the abdominal area.
