PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
*Month 1*
Weekend Intensive 1
- Thursday evening 1hr virtual session | intake + vision building focus
- Saturday 90 mins in-person or virtual session | fitness + movement focus
Weekend Intensive 2
- Thursday evening 1 hr virtual session | intake + implementation focus
- Saturday 90 mins in-person or virtual session | fitness + movement focus

*Month 2-6*
2 Coaching sessions 75 mins per month | alternating between talk-based and movement-based

*Closing*
60 mins closeout session | review + action plan

- Wellness Assessment + Vision Setting
- Personalized Resilience Tools informed by wellbeing science, mind/body/cultural practices, powerful nutrition, and strength + alignment training.

These are called consultations since one off sessions aren't suited to support a slower coaching approach that requires a minimum of 3 sessions. Sessions include detailed follow up with actions, tools and resources.
