This intro-level class is the perfect starting point for anyone who has never touched a pole, and can also serve as a great reintroduction into pole work after an extended break. Together we will get comfortable with the basic shapes and movements of both floor and pole work leading into basic combinations. This class will instill a foundation of confidence in you as you move through your pole journey.

This class offers a safe space to explore your divine sensuality through movement. We will utilize the knowledge and technique of pole fundamentals to leave it all on the floor and reach for our highest, most empowered selves. Sensual Embodiment entails choreographed routines to spicy beats, as well as opportunity for improvisation. Heels recommended, but not required!

As the days shorten and the world grows quiet, we gather to slow down, connect, and honor the natural turning of the seasons.

A grounding gathering — Embrace yourself within the sounds, community, and intention during this season of darkness and reflection.

We provide a yoga mat, 1 blanket, and 2 cushions. If you think you will need extra support for lying down, feel free to bring an extra blanket or prop to be cozy during your experience.
Twerk Like A Stripper (Community)

This intro-level workshop is for anyone who wants to unlock stage-worthy moves. Students will activate glute muscles and are encouraged to get silly as they are introduced to booty isolation, how to twerk standing, squatting, and when doing floor work. Dress ready to sweat in whatever makes you feel confident! Knee pads encouraged, heels welcome but not required.
