Great service! I needed my entire unit checked out in the attic and got referred to Will Fixx HVAC services and DID NOT regret it ! The diagnosis was very clear and straight-forward , and Jerrod was very detailed, punctual and professional, as he was able to find the exact problem immediately. You know how they say Larry Bird called out every move and shot he took to the basket? That’s pretty much sums up Jerrod when it comes to HVAC lol. Great company !

Will was extremely professional and fixed my shorting range (which is no simple feat since it’s vintage from 1974!) within minutes. But he didn’t rush at all; he made sure to check every burner and the oven thoroughly to make sure I don’t have that issue again. Awesome service. Used Will Fixx It yesterday and HIGHLY recommend hiring Jarrod if you have any appliance issues at all. We had a broken fridge and wash machine and he was able to figure out the issue in each and offer us options. He wasn’t just trying to make a buck - but he presented options that would be best for our family. I appreciate any businessman that operates like that bc I think it’s incredibly rare. I highly recommend Will Fixx It! After having new thermostats installed, my upstairs unit stopped working just two days later. The original company came out and claimed it was a wiring issue unrelated to their work, quoting me $514 to repair it. Thankfully, I called Will Fixx It. Their technician performed a thorough diagnosis and discovered the wiring had actually been installed incorrectly by the original company. They provided detailed photos and a step-by-step explanation of what was wrong. I sent that information to the original company, and thanks to Will Fixx It’s findings, they came back out, fixed the issue at no cost, and even apologized for their previous technician’s mistake. Will Fixx It not only saved me from an unnecessary repair, but I was also able to get a refund for the diagnostic fee the original company charged me. I contacted Will Fixx It with an urgent washing machine issue and didn't know what to expect. The tech came out quickly and went above and beyond in troubleshooting the issue. He contacted the manufacturer for more info, texted me updates and answered all my questions even after the service appointment. I was truly blown away by the service and will definitely use them again for any appliance issues I have.

The ice maker in our refrigerator broke. The KitchenAid people came to our house, charged us a service charge, and said the pump for the water line was no longer made- adios and goodbye. About a year later a friend suggested that if I found someone creative, we could get it fixed. Will Fixx It, was not only creative, they were professional, showed up when they said they would, and after almost a full day, Jerrod of Will Fixx It got the job done. I also found Jerrod's method of communication to be professional and clear. We will never call the manufacture again for anything that breaks in our kitchen. We will use Will Fixx It going forward. I noticed my refrigerator wasn’t cooling, so called Will Fixx It, they came in accessed the situation, kept me abreast about the part availability. Rod returned, installed the part and got it running better than new. I recommend this company over any of the big name companies.

AHS has a history of sending questionable contractors, so I was skeptical at first but Jerrod was professional, courteous, and efficient in repairing my fridge. Really wish I can use his company for my AC too but they are not contracted with my home warranty for that.

He is very organized and keeps me in the loop about when parts will be ready/delivered etc. I have used his services many times for big appliances (refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, wine refrigerator) as well as cleaning the refrigerator and dryer.
