I've been coming to Chantel for a little under 12 years now and that alone speaks for itself. She is someone who is very passionate with her craft and never stops learning and growing, adapting new techniques to better enhance all the services she provides all while creating a space that feels like a sanctuary, a safe space every time you enter. She is more than a hair stylist. To me she's felt like an older sister, a friend, therapist, teacher and mentor. Every time I sit in her chair we get to touch on different topics ranging from conspiracy theories to the state of the world to whatever personal life things might be happening at the time. I was about 18 when I had first met her. She had a salon room in her condo with black and white beetle juice like stripes on the walls. Being with her since then I've had the privilege of watching her grow and get to open her very own space. She's a perfectionist and if she thinks she can do an even more amazing job she'll take that extra time on you. She's the biggest hype woman, honest, funny, a beautiful person inside out. You'll get nothing but good vibes + leaving your appointment with her feeling more confident, seen, relaxed than before you entered. The quality of her work is worth every penny you spend. She's worth it and so are you. If you pay close attention and ask the right questions you could learn a lot from her and maybe even get to steal some songs from her Alina Baraz + Jhene Aiko playlist she tends to be playing. I’ve been going to Chantel since 2017 and her work stays consistently amazing. Always has my hair looking amazing from color to au natural. Thank you Chantel youre my for lifer for sure and now she’s created a space for many artists to share their work! Update: still love her. Its an honor to be able to get my hair done by her and I know others would love to work in her suites ❤️

Chantel is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. If you have questions she answers them, if you ask her opinion she tells you what it is and why she thinks that way. The first time she cut my hair I let her know I was very nervous because previously my hair had been messed up multiple times. Suffice to say that since that day I have only gone to her for my hair needs. My hair always ends up looking healthy and shiney.

My girl Chantel is AMAZING! I took her hyaluron pen course and learned sooo much. I have previously taken this course elsewhere and it was horrible. The trainer and her assistant weren’t nice and they also tried to get me in and out as soon as possible. They literally gave me 3 pieces of paper about the course and totally gave me wrong info/training. Chantel gives her student a full booklet that she made explaining a ton of info. She’s very knowledgeable about what she’s doing and she super passionate about it (she wants her students to be confident when learning from her). Chantel also does a live model which was awesome for me since I didn’t get that in my other course (Visual Learner). Then it was the hands on training part (best part) Chantel was there to guide me and make sure that I was doing it the right way, right angles and right pressure. I learned a lot about contraindications, prep care and aftercare which is very important! I highly recommend taking her hyaluron pen course! There’s no other course that is in depth and as legit like hers. Chantel also gives ongoing support to her students. Every time I have a question or I want feedback on something, she’s willing to respond to me. She also has a private group for her students to keep teaches us she I love how Chantel really cares about her students and how they’re doing. She’s also very beautiful to look at so you might get distracted in class 😉 (This is my 2020 review) Since 2020 I’ve taken Chantel’s Brow Lamination and Lash Lift courses and my work has improved big time! I learned what an over processed brow and lash lift looks like and I learned a lot of tips and tricks on getting the perfect lift. I trust Chantel with my LIFE!! lol She has done my lips 3-5 times and haven’t had them touched up in 2 years!! 😮‍💨 She also fixed my botched hair cut and has given me so much info on how to style my natural curls and to even make my thin hair grow and it’s growing!! I love how she offers a variety of services but also specializes in all of them. I give her 100000000/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best service I’ve ever had hands down, Chantel is THEE BEST hair stylist, always has your best interest in mind and you will always love the results! She does an amazing job for every service she provides. If I could do 100/5 stars I would.

Chantel is the besttttt! From cuts and color also teaching classes for you to further your future. She has you leaving feeling your best and she’s definitely a great vibe 5 star service every time definitely recommend.

Super grateful to be able to have my hair cut by you. My hair has grown sooo much, your hair transformations never dissapoint & going and getting my hair done or eyelash lifts by you is always such a vibe. Book vegan and boujee the whole salon has amazing work. Def won’t regret it !!

Hello everyone that is reading this I have been doing my hair with Chantel for 10 + years she has always provided the best hair services and has always recommended the best advice for my hair she has done my hair extensions eyelash lift lip tint and my heart freckles and I have love everything thank you for being great!!! 💟

Extremely disappointed in the permanent jewelery. I bought 2 (for me and my granddaughter) as a meaningful symbol of our special relationship. 11 days later my adult granddaughters was gone. 11 DAYS..... THAT'S NOT PERMANENT JEWELERY!!!! As it turns out we both were doing the same thing Sunday (swimming) mine was fine, hers was gone. It makes sense that it wasn't the activity it was the weld that was not sufficient. I paid $160 for 2 bracelets which was very pricy but I'm good with supporting local businesses. What I'm not good with is a poor business ethic. That is the case here. Her unwillingness to accept the obvious responsibility for poor workmanship, accidental or otherwise. Her offer to give me $10 off a replacement chain is laughable. Why? The chains are marked up significantly. I've done jewelery and purchased the supplies to do so. So I checked prices. What would be anywhere from $9-$12 per foot, she charges $55 for a wrist length (typically 7 inches) GREAT MARKUP yet she offered nothing reasonable. She could have preserved her business and her reputation by replacing the chain at cost (plus a buck or 2 for incidentals). She would have lost NOTHING. Clearly money is more important that good business practice and reputation. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
