Partial retouch on returning clients. Price will be determined upon confirmation. A partial is good for refreshing the money piece and hairline. You can choose to touchup the underneath instead of the hairline. A partial will still include the colormelt and tone. Do not confuse a partial for being half the work therefore half the time. A partial only saves about 25-30% of time. Lightener still needs to sit and process along with the other formula processing times. Length and thickness also contribute to timing.
