Hello monthly members! First and foremost, I want to thank you for being the best part of SimplyWell Spa. It is an incredible honor to partner with you on your wellness journey, and I eagerly anticipate continuing to support you in the months and years to come. In order to streamline my offerings and provide the highest value to my clients and members, I am transitioning to a time-based pricing model. Moving forward, all of my services—including skin care, massage, and inner healing—will be standard lengths of 60, 80, 100, and 120 minutes. Rates will be based directly on these time allotments, and a discounted membership option will remain available for every duration. This new model allows for full customization and flexibility in your sessions. I absolutely love combining various service types into a single visit, which I know many of you appreciate as well! Simply pick your desired time block, and we can tailor the session to match your current wellness goals. While my service menu will continue offering pre-arranged services and combinations to provide some structure, the breakdown below shows how this new pricing model brings simplicity back to SimplyWell Spa! Here is a quick overview of the updated pricing structure: 60-Minute: Non-member: $150 / Simplicity Member: $135 80-Minute: Non-member: $190 / Intention Member: $170 100-Minute: Non-member: $230 / Graceful Member: $205 120-Minute: Non-member: $270 / Restore Member: $240 For each duration, you can choose a Facial, Massage, or Soul Restore session—or mix and match any combination—to fill your time block. REQUIRED ACTION FROM MEMBERS: If you haven’t already, you will receive a form via text message to indicate whether you would like to continue your membership in the new model. If you choose to stay, you can select your preferred new membership option. EFFECTIVE TIMELINE: ● Existing Member Pricing: Current members will see these adjustments take effect starting September 1st. ● Suspension of Payments: Following your August billing cycle, recurring membership fees will be temporarily paused. To ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption, payments will remain suspended until you complete the required form referenced above. ● New Member Pricing: This structure goes into effect immediately on August 1st for all incoming members. UNUSED MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS: All unused membership payments will be honored under the old service/pricing model. RECURRING APPOINTMENTS: Most recurring appointments should be able to be kept as they are. I will reach out to you individually in the next few weeks if any minor adjustments need to be made.
