The office was warm and inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Jacqui clearly explained the procedure beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect. The room was private, softly lit, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism. I felt completely relaxed throughout the session, and afterward, my aches and pains were gone. Jacqui is an excellent massage therapist, and I would highly recommend her services.

I started receiving regular massages at the beginning of 2025 after Jacqui helped my wife recover from a severe tennis injury. In September, I tweaked my meniscus. It was very painful. I had surgery six weeks later. It has been a real struggle with recovery. Jacqui has been fantastic the entire journey. She is a healer. She thoughtfully worked with me each session to increase the recovery process. I can honestly say I would not be as far along as I am today if it were not for Jacqui’s care.

I recently met with Jacqui after experiencing unsteadiness walking due to surgery one year ago. Jacqui performed a foot massage that applies pressure to specific points on my feet. After two sessions, my walking imbalance has improved significantly. I highly recommend the reflexology performed by Jacqui.

Where do I start! I have had the bamboo fusion, hot stones, and sugar scrub. Yesterday we switched gears and she worked on my hip and sciatica which had gotten worse lately. I have no previous experience with massage therapy and is writing this review after only my first visit to SUU. Jacqui is extremely professional and thorough in her approach and execution. Since our first conversation, evaluating my case, scheduling, making sure I find the studio, and during my visit she has been the consummate professional. The time we spent together flew by as she engaged in intelligent conversation while bringing relief to my pain points. I left feeling refreshed and significantly more mobile, with much less pain.

Where to start. I have been seeing Jacquie for bamboo massage and loving every moment. I can feel the knots relaxing under her touch and it doesn't even hurt. I trusted her so much I brought my 87-year-old mother for a massage. My mother always complains they hurt her but I really felt. She needed this. Jacquie got her to relax and even the swelling in her ankle went down. My mother said she wished it was longer and she wants to come back again. I tried something new today. Raindrop therapy. It was very interesting and relaxing. I'll have to update and let you know how I feel later today once all the oils infuse into my body. I can't recommend urban unwind enough. The massage therapist Jacqui was very professional. I opted to do the hot stones on this visit, and it felt wonderful on my aching joints. I normally do the bamboo fusion which works well. Had issues with a tight injured shoulder and early onset carpel tunnel issues. Shoulder was feeling much better after the therapist manipulated my shoulder muscles. Hands and wrists feel much better after multiple visits. I feel the therapist saved me from possible surgery later on. Will definitely continue treatments.

Jacqui did an AMAZING job on my whole body. I had been getting horrible migraines recently for two weeks. I had only had 1 migraine before in my life. She gave me an orthopedic massage to stretch my muscles and help me loosen up. She found a large muscle spasm in my scapula that was going all the way up my neck into my ear and jaw line and up through my head. I have never felt so good after seeing her. I haven't had a migraine since. am looking forward to our next appointment. Right from the beginning of my appointment, she was knowledgeable and passionate about knowing everything about the muscles and ligaments in the body, and how the body functions and responds to certain things. It made me feel like I was at the right place and in the right hands. I HIGHLY recommend Urban Unwind!

Jaqui listens to your concerns and focuses on addressing your specific conditions by using medical massage. She has helped to improve physical functions and helped to alleviate chronic pain. She cares, shows compassion, has a calm demeanor, and is very personable. She strives to improve your health issues.

This was, hands down, the best massage I have ever had! At 33 weeks pregnant, it is difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed and Jacqui helped me achieve both! I scheduled a second 90 minute massage with her directly after this one for a few weeks before delivery. I will recommend her and her services again and again!

Jacqui was amazing. She took the time to really understand where my pain was located and was able to focus on the major trouble spots. By the time I left, my pain was almost completely gone and my range of motion umproved by at leadt 20% and back to where I was a week ago. Definitely recommend Jacqui for all your massge needs.
