Mitch worked with me to train our Samoyed puppy Mackey. He is patient, knowledgeable and always demonstrates each new lesson thoroughly. Our puppy always receives compliments from people we meet as they say he very well behaved. I would highly recommend Mitch to train your dog. He loves dogs!

We hired Mitch primarliy to help us work on 'coming when called' with our doodle. He was excellent to work with - he provided detailed handouts after each session about the skills we worked on, was responsive between training sessions when we had questions, and was very creative in dealing with some of our dog's frustrating behaviors. The best part is - our dog now comes when called & we feel more confident when taking him outside his normal environment. We'd work with him again for any other training need we have.

Mitch has been very invaluable in helping us gain control of our mini Bernedoodle puppy Jake and his endless energy. Jake was four months old when Mitch started working with us and within 3-4 sessions Jake knew the basic commands sit, down, stay, and off. We’re now working on the stay command, which has been our biggest challenge. Mitch makes trying easy by coming to our house. We highly recommend him.

Mitch has been a WONDERFUL resource and support in training our rescue pup (Shepherd Mix). Our dog responded really well to Mitch's style of training which blends rewards to teach obedience and correction to proof obedience. Mitch was awesome when we trained together but also responded to text messages for help in the moment while we were training on our own and provided lots of material to review so we could work on things between sessions. Highly recommend Mitch and Unlease the Good Dog Training!

Mitch was wonderful to work with! Sonny has made so much progress with behavior and obedience since we have started training. He explains everything clearly and is a wonderful teacher. We’ve noticed such an improvement in listening, focus, and overall manners. I highly recommend Mitch to anyone looking for patient, knowledgeable, and effective dog training.

Mitch worked with me to train an overzealous dog. He also taught me a few techniques I can use on my own. Huge change in a short time. Mitch understands and respects dogs and really knows his stuff. Definitely the guy u want to help u with your dog.

Our training was excellent!! Mitch made everything so simple and easy to carry out. I have a 4 year old chihuahua mix, and was about ready to give up. Mitch talked to me before he came to my house and I actually implemented some of his suggestions before he came over. He gave me homework after every lesson and I logged my practice sessions. He reads them and we discussed them at the next lesson, My dog and I are still a work in progress, but I am optimistic that we can overcome our issues. We have made great progress, overall!! I would highly recommend Unleash The Good Dog Training. Mitch was so patient and understanding. He helped so much with my 8 month old Bernese Mountain Dog. I'm older and so it's a little bit more difficult for me to handle her. She's a handful and either high strung or high energy. Not really sure which it is. Maybe a little of both. LOL but I really appreciate Mitch and all of his instructions and actually showing me how to do the different things. I'm now able to take her for a walk by myself and I feel like I can have people come over without her jumping all over them and being out of control. I can't thank him enough for all of his help. It was well worth the cost and I highly recommend anyone that needs help with their dog to reach out to him.

We worked with Mitch on training our 5 month old rescue puppy who was eager to learn and also very smart - sometimes too much so! Mitch was always friendly and helpful, and excellent with training. Our puppy Carbon picked up on things quickly, and he was always willing to give extra tips and tricks when needed. We also especially loved that Mitch sees dogs as members of the family, and helps them learn in a way that still helps them feel happy and loved. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

10/10 would recommend! Our girl was struggling with reactivity both generally and with our new puppy which caused us ALL a LOT of stress! Mitch has been phenomenal with her and our new pup and has truly given us so much peace of mind and encouraged us that our girl was not a lost cause. From our very first consultation, he has come alongside us and taught us how we can work with and help her with absolutely ZERO judgment! I truly cannot recommend him enough, my girl is so much happier and we can actually enjoy our walks now!

Mitch is very well organized and he was amazing with our puppy. It’s like he has magic powers! The puppy was so excited for his sessions. Mitch provided guidance both in person and in documents that I can refer back to. He taught me and the puppy so much, and set us up for a happy relationship going forward.

We were having trouble with our 10 month old puppy chewing things he wasn’t supposed to chew. Mitch explained we had a very smart, bored Doodle! He then taught us (the humans) how to challenge our dog & teach him good behavior. Mitch made it fun and super easy to understand.

Mitchell has been an incredible help in training my dog, Maisy. She was dumped in an alley. She was sweet- but scared, timid and unsure about everything. I knew I needed professional help, as she clearly had a traumatic start. Within a few weeks of working with Mitchell- she showed huge improvement. She learned “place”, “sit”, polite leash walking (she didn’t appear to be familiar with a leash). With his guidance on training and ability to answer questions & trouble shoot, as well as written tips that he customized for us- she has really blossomed into an amazingly well behaved dog. I would highly recommend working with him!
