Please read before confirming your appointment:

The Training Evaluation is a structured, in-person assessment designed for existing or past clients to evaluate progress since training, address any regression or new behavior concerns, and determine next steps. During this session, we review handling skills, obedience reliability, behavior under real-world distractions, and overall communication between handler and dog. The evaluation may include coaching, adjustments to the training plan, and professional recommendations for continued training.

Because time is reserved exclusively for you, the following cancellation policy applies:

- 48 hours’ or more notice: No charge. Session may be rescheduled or refunded.
- Within 48 hours of appointment time: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
- Less than 24-48 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the session fee will be charged.
**Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show.

All cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing. Fees are non-refundable once incurred but may be applied toward future services at the trainer’s discretion.
