The WELL Collective is an immersive small group training experience designed to build strength, consistency, and community through intentional movement and wellness.

Classes are offered weekly with flexible evening options:

Training Schedule
• Tuesday and Thursday
• 5:30 PM – 6:20 PM
• 6:30 PM – 7:20 PM

Members attend two classes per week (8 classes per month).

Class Size
• Limited to 3–6 women per class to ensure personalized attention and support

• 8 small group training classes per month
• Guided warm-up and structured full-body training in every class
• A balanced combination of strength training, HIIT, LIIT, and cardio
• 5–10 minute assisted recovery stretch after each session
• Complimentary access to Moves & Matcha
• Accountability group chat
• Ongoing wellness support
• Priority booking for events
