📌 Booking & Appointment Reminders

•The calendar opens monthly. Please do not book into the next month, even if dates appear available.
•Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation text or email.
•A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service. Remaining balance is due at your appointment. Card or exact cash.
•A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in a fee.


⏰ Late, No-Show & Guest Policies

•A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service.
•No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.
•To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are permitted.
