Our address is: 225 N Salem St STE 103, Apex, NC 27502 Located in downtown Apex, inside The Exchange Barbershop/Syeni Salon. DEPOSITS: A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total at checkout. It’s non-refundable and non-transferable, as your time slot is held just for you. Before booking, please double-check that your card on file is up to date and ready for processing. Once you book, you’ll have a 24-hour window to submit your deposit. If it isn’t received within that time, your appointment will be released and offered to another client. CANCELATIONS & NO-SHOWS: Life happens—I completely understand. If you need to make a change, please text me at (833) 659-4130. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service total. This fee can be credited to a rescheduled appointment one time only. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service and are not eligible for future credit. If you’re running late, I allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be marked as a no-show.
