Hollie did my daughter’s eyebrows and they turned out absolutely beautiful. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was perfectly shaped and natural-looking. My daughter felt comfortable the entire time, and the results truly exceeded our expectations. I am so fortunate to have found Hollie and get perfect eyebrows done on the first try. When I became a customer a few years ago it felt like a very scary decision trying something new and permanent. Since then I’ve seen many others not be as lucky as I’ve been in the way that their brows have aged. I’m still in love with mine and get very excited for touch ups! Hollie is a underrated and her awesome personality just adds to the experience. If you’re doubting yourself, go see her!

Absolutely Incredible Training Experience. I recently completed my microblading and combo brows training with Brows by Hollie at The Beauty Garden Orlando, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hollie is not only incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but she is also an amazing teacher, mentor, support system, and guide. She takes the time to make sure I truly understood the techniques, the “why” behind them, and felt comfortable throughout the training. Her attention to detail, patience, professionalism, and passion for her craft truly stands out.

My first appointment with her started off well. She was very kind, even offering to get me something to eat since I hadn’t eaten before coming. I declined but appreciated the gesture. However, one thing made me uncomfortable: she played Christian sermons for the entire duration of my session, which lasted about an hour and a half. I found this unprofessional, as a business should be a neutral environment where all clients feel comfortable regardless of their personal beliefs. Still, I brushed it off since I didn’t know of any other places offering this type of removal procedure, and I decided to continue with her. Looking back, I should’ve listened to my instincts about not returning. I had my next session scheduled for 8/26. That morning, she contacted me to cancel because she was sick. I completely understood and told her to take care and reach out when she felt better. About a week or two later, I noticed her posting on her business Instagram story asking for models for an event the very next day, yet she never followed up with me about my canceled appointment. Nearly a month later, on 9/19, she finally reached out. By then, I had decided not to continue services due to the lack of professionalism in her communication. I politely asked for my $100 deposit to be refunded. She refused, citing her “no refund” policy. I explained that I never canceled she did and that the issue wasn’t about being prioritized as she came at me about that. Started using being a single mom, and other personal stuff at me. I waited a month for communication meanwhile she is promoting other opportunities online during a time she claimed she and her children were sick? Her behavior just didn’t sit right with me. In the end, I lost $100, which I believe is unfair given the circumstances. Do better!
