I have had pleasure of monthly massages with Jan Holmes’s Wilson for over 9 years. She adjusts the session to address any problems I have. In today’s session I had no specific problems so she did her normal creative techniques to manipulate all of my muscle groups. She has soothing background music and different fragrant sweet smelling oils in the room. As always I felt much better after I left. I was stress free all evening.

This review is so long overdue I feel ashamed. Why? Because this individual has absolutely changed my life for the better in so many ways one would not expect from their massage therapist. When I first met Jan, I had recently started a wellness journey post a difficult diagnosis. My only experience with massage prior to finding this angel walking on earth was Massage Envy. I know that’s such a cliche! I was actually quite blessed at ME — the person I was paired with there was studying to be a physical therapist. I hand’t been diagnosed at that point, however, so I didn’t really have the language to communicate my needs. Even without that ability, that provider had the wherewithal to know that something related to my muscles, joints, and fascia was wrong after several years of working on my body. In retrospect, they were one of the first to uncover a puzzle piece. Ultimately, this provider wound up graduating then taking a job in the field and I could never find anyone else there that came even close efficacy-wise. I gave up on massage at that point, which sucked, because it was really helpful at that time in my life and will probably continue to be so for the rest of it. I met Jan of T4HW a few years later on this journey through what I have now come to see as a blessed referral from another specialty provider (that I only even wound up seeing once—her only role in this journey, apparently, was to connect me with Jan, the true healer I needed). When I first walked into Jan’s comfortable, well-equipped, lovingly maintained space, I was newly armed with a diagnosis and a whole lot of language as to what was going on and what I needed. Did Jan know anything about my condition? Plainly, no, she didn’t — this did not phase me and I was not at all surprised. A little worried? Maybe, before I met her. It took me nearly 35 years to find the team of providers with any knowledge in what I deal with, so I certainly did not expect her to know anything about my specific issue. I’ve also had so many poor experiences with medical and alt wellness providers that I didn’t have much hope at that point anyways. I did not expect anything positive out of the consultation, if I’m speaking plainly. Over a year later, I am so grateful that I kept an open mind. I have so rarely experienced recognition and improvement on my journey, but Jan taught me that even if someone does not know anything about what I am facing intellectually or experientially — they are absolutely capable of offering genuine understanding, connection, and healing in every way that matters. Has she radically transformed the pain my body experiences — yes, of course. But, she also offers so much more — hope, acceptance, problem solving, a team-based approach, deep compassion, boundless wisdom, and true dedication to her own growth as a provider and person. She is always attending classes, learning more about her craft, and so willing to enthusiastically share her knowledge with those she cares about (and she has the biggest heart—she is always volunteering her time, loves her loved ones, and is just an amazing human being that I am happy to know). I am truly so grateful for Jan and all that she is and does. 5 stars is not enough — she deserves an entire constellation ✨

I've been suffering with migraines all my life and felt I was running out of options when my medication was no longer being effective. I met the owner, Jan, on day three of a migraine episode and she offered to help. Within five to ten minutes of my massage my pain level went from a ten to a two. The aura and light sensitivity ceased immediately. By the end of my massage (45 mins), it was like I never had a migraine in the first place. Amazing!!! I’ve also had so many poor experiences with medical and alt wellness providers that I didn’t have much hope at that point anyways. I did not expect anything positive out of the consultation, if I’m speaking plainly. Over a year later, I am so grateful that I kept an open mind. I have so rarely experienced recognition and improvement on my journey, but Jan taught me that even if someone does not know anything about what I am facing intellectually or experientially — they are absolutely capable of offering genuine understanding, connection, and healing in every way that matters. Has she radically transformed the pain my body experiences — yes, of course. But, she also offers so much more — hope, acceptance, problem solving, a team-based approach, deep compassion, boundless wisdom, and true dedication to her own growth as a provider and person. She is always attending classes, learning more about her craft, and so willing to enthusiastically share her knowledge with those she cares about (and she has the biggest heart—she is always volunteering her time, loves her loved ones, and is just an amazing human being that I am happy to know). I am truly so grateful for Jan and all that she is and does. 5 stars is not enough — she deserves an entire constellation ✨

I've been suffering with migraines all my life and felt I was running out of options when my medication was no longer being effective. I met the owner, Jan, on day three of a migraine episode and she offered to help. Within five to ten minutes of my massage my pain level went from a ten to a two. The aura and light sensitivity ceased immediately. By the end of my massage (45 mins), it was like I never had a migraine in the first place. Amazing!!! I highly recommend The Touch 4 Health & Wellness to any and all migraine sufferers and will continue my treatments with Jan and her amazing hands.

I really enjoy my time at Touch 4 Health. Jan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She never keeps you waiting for your appointment and at the end of your session she offers tips and suggestions of things you can do to maintain your health. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat.

Clean, professional, and knowledgeable. Jan listened and educated me on the different massage options. I decided on the hot lava shell massage which alleviated my sore muscles after an intense week at the gym. Will definitely be back for another massage.
