Lauren led Yoga sessions for our high school soccer team this year. The team thoroughly enjoyed every session and benefited from this program. She adapted the sessions to our needs and to the size of our group. She connected well with the girls and was genuinely interested in their whole being. We will definitely continue to use her in the future.

Dr. Leiva is amazing! Her clinic is state of the art and she goes above and beyond for her patients! I went to her to rehab my shoulder and she helped me so much! I have been a patient of Dr. Leiva’s at The ExerScience Center for about a year, and my experience has been nothing short of transformative. I came to her in severe pain due to a bulging disc. For the longest time i couldn't find out why my lower back & right leg would be in pain after being on my feet all day or a workingout.
