All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. If you are more than 5 mins late you will have to reschedule your appointment and $20 late fee will be charged. No refunds will be given at all. No calls no shows are 100% percent. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24hrs prior, if not deposit must be made again when booking a new appointment
