Drop-In Visit Services Our Drop-In Visits are perfect for pet parents who need a trusted caregiver to stop by their home for a quick check-in, potty break, feeding, or some playtime. • Service Duration & Rate: Each visit is 25 minutes for $25. Per pup • Purpose: Great for mid-day relief, short check-ins, or when you can’t be home. 📌 Policies & Fees • Cancellations: Visits canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full visit fee. • Holiday bookings are non-refundable once scheduled. • No Refund Policy: Payments made for confirmed services are non-refundable, even if the visit is shortened or canceled late. • Holiday Rates: A $10 holiday surcharge applies on all major holidays. After-Hours Fees: • Visits scheduled before 9:00 AM or after 8:00 PM will include a $10 fee per visit. • Damage Fee: Pet parents are responsible for any costs associated with damages caused by their pet(s) during a visit (e.g., property damage, injury to sitter, or excessive cleaning). Last-Minute Booking Fee: • Requests made less than 12 hours in advance are subject to a $10 rush fee. Weekend Fee: • Visits scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays include a $5 weekend fee per visit.
