Early Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy We understand that our pet parents have busy schedules, and sometimes you need a little extra flexibility. That’s why we’re happy to offer Early Pick-Up and Drop-Off before our standard 9:00 AM start time. This service allows you to bring or pick up your dog anytime before 9:00 AM, for an additional fee of: $10 for every 30 minutes before 9:00 AM Examples: • Drop off at 8:30 AM → $10 early drop-off fee • Drop off at 8:00 AM → $20 early drop-off fee This small fee helps us staff appropriately so your dog can be welcomed, supervised, and cared for safely—no matter how early you need to come.
