That’s why we offer a convenient Post-Grooming Daycare Holding Service for pups whose grooming sessions are complete, but whose pet parents are running late. If you're unable to pick up your dog within 45 minutes of their grooming being finished, no worries! Your pup will be safely transitioned into our daycare area, where they’ll be supervised, given water, and kept comfortable until you arrive. This service ensures your dog stays happy and relaxed in a secure, familiar environment. Please note: Additional daycare fees may apply after the 45-minute grace period. We're committed to making your dog’s day—and yours—a little easier. For Grooming Notes If a pet is dropped off more than 30 minutes before their appointment time or left longer than 45 minutes after their pick up time, a $27 fee per dog will be added to their groom (pick up before 5pm). More than one hour outside of a drop off or pick up time will incur another $10/hr.
