We always clean up after your pup, keep a close eye on their behavior, and make sure every tail is wagging happily. If anything ever seems off, we’ll reach out right away — your dog’s safety and happiness come first. You’ll also get daily photo updates and little messages so you can see all the fun they’re having! For everyone’s safety, pups must play well with others. We recommend a simple temperament test before joining the pack. Your dog will enjoy a safe, structured, and loving environment designed for comfort, play, and relaxation. We also offer convenient pick-up and drop-off options for busy pet parents. Each day includes supervised playtime, scheduled naps, potty breaks, feeding, and plenty of attention from our caring staff. We closely observe all dogs throughout the day and provide updates and photos so you can stay connected. If needed, we can assist with transportation to the veterinarian in the event of an emergency. To ensure a calm and safe environment, all dogs must be friendly and comfortable around others. A temperament assessment is recommended prior to booking. Vaccinations must be current, and pet parents should notify staff of any signs of illness before arrival. Complimentary treats are included. Medication administration is available for a $10 fee per medication. Late pickup fees apply after 5:00 PM. Minor pre- and post-care wellness checks are included for every pup. We understand that life happens—meetings run long, traffic gets heavy, and schedules shift. That’s why we offer a convenient Post-Grooming Daycare Holding Service for pups whose grooming sessions are complete, but whose pet parents are running late. If you're unable to pick up your dog within 45 minutes of their grooming being finished, no worries! Your pup will be safely transitioned into our daycare area, where they’ll be supervised, given water, and kept comfortable until you arrive. This service ensures your dog stays happy and relaxed in a secure, familiar environment. Please note: Additional daycare fees may apply after the 45-minute grace period. We're committed to making your dog’s day—and yours—a little easier. For Grooming Notes If a pet is dropped off more than 30 minutes before their appointment time or left longer than 45 minutes after their pick up time, a $27 fee per dog will be added to their groom (pick up before 5pm). More than one hour outside of a drop off or pick up time will incur another $10/hr.
