Labor 2.0 Birth Prep Small Group Class in East Cobb $147 Service · 2 hours

If you have taken a childbirth class and still do not feel prepared for your labor and birth then this class is for you! If you have given birth before and just need a refresher or you would like your partner to be more prepared/supportive then this class is for you! This is an informative hands on group class to teach the support person and mother-to-be the best ways to support and comfort mom during the duration of the labor. During this lesson you learn how to help get baby in the optimal position to help labor progress. Beneficial tools, tips, and tricks for any birth choice. This is a 1.5 - 2 hour class and the price is per couple. Group classes held in East Cobb.
