We purchased the Ultimate Detail package for a 6-year-old car that has been parked outside with no protection from the weather for the last 4 years. The car also had interior stains.
Kim and his co-worker came to our home and did an incredible job. They worked very hard, were extremely conscientious, and they have very high standards. Kim even educated us on ways to care for the paint finish. The car looks brand new, and we are thrilled with the results. We will be using Suds Shop again, for sure--we recommend them very highly!

Tim is the ultimate professional. He exceeded my expectations in terms of communication and quality of service. He detailed a 2001 Chevy S-10 that was exposed to the weather for years. When he finished the outside had a shine and looked new. The inside was exceptionally clean. I also found his prices to be reasonable in comparison to other detailers. I highly recommend.
Ya’ll when I say my car never looked so good in yearssss, it looks the freak good. It was an excellent cleaning and washing. Everything was scrubbed and actually steamed. I have two kids and when I say it gets messy it does but all the stains and dirt was gone. I highly highly recommend getting your car did by Tim his company is top tier!

Tim is great! He takes his time and makes sure there isn’t an inch of your vehicle that hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Squeaky clean! I will be using him again!!!

I was on vacation over the holiday and wasted caramel popcorn while driving. I found Timothy on google and called and he promptly came the next day. His service was awesome. He did an amazing job. I am a very busy individual and normally don’t have time after work to get anything done. When I told him this, he met me half way and brought his services to my job and cleaned out my car. I was so happy, he was on time and he prices are great! I will get his services again.

10/10 amazing service. Sometimes I run a carpool to help out family, friends, and neighbors so my car has gotten kind of filthy over the last few months. Then due to there been so much rain lately my floors have also been pretty muddy. I tried cleaning my self and I could get the mud, but not the stains out of my carpet/rug/mat. Finally decided to find someone who could clean it for me and came across this guy. Man when I tell you I’ve never seen my car this clean since the day i purchased it ! I almost shed tears, not only are the stains in the carpet gone, but my whole entire car looks like a completely different vehicle. The outsides sparkling, the insides super clean, like she even had a new car smell. Like how’d you pull that one off. 100/10, I highly recommend. Thank you Tim!

BEWARE FELLOW CUSTOMERS
just want to share my experience with everyone. please make sure yall look at yalls car once he is done with your cars. he spent 1.5 hours to 2 hours washing the car. it has no tire shine and the fender wells are muddy and makes the car really look terrible with everything else being clean but dirty fender wells and no tire shine. the inside still has dirt on the dash. i spent 130 this morning for the detail. i feel like it was a very rushed job. i feel like for the amount of money. it should of been looked over before he just left. i get it people forget things. but rushing to make the money. just isn’t right. BEWARE!

When we booked originally, we rescheduled several times due to weather to which you requested a discount for circumstances outside either party’s control. Upon completing your vehicle I did ask if you would like to look it over, but you stayed on the porch of your home and told me that “everything looked good”. After receiving your text saying that you weren’t satisfied, I quickly responded asking what time you had to go to work to see if there was time return to your home to fix any concerns, without holding you up, to which you declined. After which, I offered to return whenever you were available to do the detail again and explained that your package selected did not include wheel wells. You responded that you were too “pissed” to think on it and that you felt that you should not have to have me return. I apologized for the inconvenience and offered you a detail including wash, clay, polish and sealant ($400 value) at no charge to which you declined. Again, I’m sorry that you are dissatisfied with your results and am still willing to return to address your concerns, however, if you aren’t willing to allow that to happen there isn’t much that can be done. Again I’m sorry that you are not satisfied.
