All first time clients must book a virtual consultation before starting treatment. If it’s been more than 6 months since your last appointment a consultation is required. All deposits are non refundable. You are granted one courtesy rescheduling, after that is used, a new deposit must be paid. If you are more than 10 mins late your appointment will be canceled & a service fee of 100% will be applied. Cancelling/rescheduling an appointment must be done 48 hrs prior to appointment to avoid fees. Last minute cancellations/rescheduling will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee 50% of service amount. No show fee is 100% of the service amount.
